"If you want to experience AC without the crowds of the strip", you can head to this spot with "nice views overlooking the marina", where the "recently renovated rooms are a significant step up from what they were in the recent past"; but some can't get past the "gaudy" look ("like the Donald would want"), the "uninspiring facilities" that "need work" or the "average-to-good" fare, saying it's "cool if you're 55, lame if you're 25"; P.S. it can be an "excellent bargain" to "stay here for cheap" and "take a cab" to the "more finely appointed casinos" (like at the Borgata, next door).

Totally disappointed in the customer service.

They charged my card twice and lied about it. No apologies. No class. No welcome. Room all night despite calls for help with temperature. rude, awful, serious disappointment.

The best part was the view of the marina.

I didn’t like how far away from the strip it is.

The hotel was very clean, the workers were very helpful and the view of the marina has gorgeous.

Hotel a little confusing. Had to ask directions to front desk and for elevators up to rooms. I feel the valet should direct you to front desk and front desk agent should let you know features of hotel at check in.Other than that we had a great time in the hotel. Staff was helpful and the room was clean.

Size of the bathroom.

Ordered breakfast from room service and the food was good and served quickly. Casino was a little disappointing (preferred the Borgata). Room was worth the price.
